You are the foundation upon which every great evening is built. As our Prep Chef, you will take ownership of mise en place, garnish preparation, and ingredient sourcing, ensuring our bar team is set up to execute flawlessly from the first pour to the last call. You have a deep respect for freshness, precision, and a clean station.
Without you, the show cannot go on. As our Lead Dishwasher, you are the unsung hero of the operation — the person who keeps the rhythm of the night moving smoothly by ensuring that every glass, shaker, and surface is immaculate. This is a leadership role with real responsibility and real impact. We take our equipment seriously and so should you.
You are passionate about cocktail culture and ready to take your craft to the next level. Under the mentorship of our Head Mixologist, you will contribute to drink creation, master our full menu, and deliver world-class experiences to every guest who sits at our bar. Bonus points if you understand the blockchain and can explain the Lightning Network to a curious patron at 2 AM.
You are the face of Les Beaux Jetons. As a Server, you will guide guests through our cocktail menu with confidence and warmth, take orders via our digital ordering system, and ensure that every table feels like the most important table in the room. You move fast, you read the room, and you never let a glass stay empty longer than it should.
